Hi Jayne You recently supplied some Adidas glasses to me with an optical insert. I just wanted to say thank you for the superb advice and service you gave me as the glasses are working out really well. They are a complete revelation! - having struggled with sunglasses/specs before on the bike, I am finding the glasses really comfortable and the insert is working really well. I havent tried them yet on a mountaineering trip but I am sure they will be superb. I am already starting to think about a Cat 4 pair of glasses that I could use the insert in for high altitude use, so will be in touch later in the winter about that.

I am truly delighted with the sun glasses. It was most gracious of Maui Jim to send them back in a new case and to cover the repair under warrantee. I am a fan for life !!

Been wearing my new rudy rydon sunglasses for cycling with reaction lenses, just wanting to say thank you. Been wearing my normal glasses for years and never wanted to pay for anything else1 but pleased I went for it as I no longer have water steaming down my face from my eyes!

Hello Simon,i have now used the oakley flak jacket g30 prescription sunglasses which you supplied several times now for golf.It was definitely the way to go,contacts now unbearable to use,too uncomfortable with my astigmatism.Many thanks for your help and advice

I'm very sorry that I didn't reply to your email sooner. My new glasses arrived today and although initially disappointed that the colour I wanted was not available, I am very pleased I with the alternative colour you sent and thank you for the case it was a very nice surprise.

I'm really glad you didn't just sit on the order till I realised they weren't coming and checked my email as I'm off on holiday on Saturday and was praying they would arrive in time to take them.

It seems to be rare these days to find a company that cares about their customers and it was a really nice surprise to find that you were willing to go the extra mile to get me a excellent alternative in such a short amount of time.

Received my sunglasses but realised they were wrong! My fault as I ordered the wrong style. I would like to thank your staff for dealing with this. You supplied the correct frame at no extra charge to me and the person (think it was Adele) who had me on the phone panicking as I was going on holiday dealt with my sunglasses problem very efficiently. I will be recommending you and please could you pass on my thanks to the girl that had to put up with me!
