Pack your Adidas sunglasses in a secure cardboard box and ship using an insured and tracked postal service. Within the parcel please include,
1) Your name, contact number and return address 2) A brief description of the fault 3) A copy of your dated receipt

It normal takes around 2 weeks for the manufacturers to return with a reply to whether or not your sunglasses are faulty under warranty. If the sunglasses are under warranty we will automatically advise the manufacturer to go ahead with the repair and forward the sunglasses back to you, if the sunglasses manufacturer believe the repair does not fall under the warranty we will contact you.
