Oakley Goggles come with a 12 month manufactures warranty. Within this period if you have a fault with your Oakley Goggles that you consider to be covered by this warranty please forward the snow goggles to;

Pack your Oakley Goggles in a secure cardboard box and ship using an insured and tracked postal service. Within the parcel please include,
1) Your name, contact number and return address 2) A brief description of the fault 3) A copy of your dated receipt

It normal takes around 2 weeks for the manufacturers to return with a reply to whether or not your goggles are faulty under warranty. If the goggles are under warranty we will automatically advise Oakley to go ahead with the repair and forward the goggles back to you, if Oakley believes the repair does not fall under the warranty we will contact you.
