Pack your Oakley sunglasses in a secure cardboard box and ship using an insured and tracked postal service. Within the parcel please include,

It normal takes around 2 weeks for the manufacturers to return with a reply to whether or not your sunglasses are faulty under warranty. If the sunglasses are under warranty we will automatically advise Oakley to go ahead with the repair and forward the sunglasses back to you, if Oakley believes the repair does not fall under the warranty we will contact you.
