Zyon sunglasses are full sized wrap around Rudy project sunglass developed for fast action sports such as skiing and sailing.

The ZYON™ is a full frame sunglass designed for the highest level of performance. This sculptural piece incorporates all the Rudy Project core features for unsurpassed protection, superior optical ratings and unbelievable comfort: ultra-light Grilamid® chassis, QuickChange™ interchangeable lenses, Ergo3Max™ fully adjustable nosepiece and 360° adjustable temple tips in hypoallergenic Megol®. Most of all, the Zyon™ comes standard with proprietary patented side shields moulded in a special polymer which will ensure side protection against harmful sun rays, glare or debris. Engineered for intense sports, ideal for beach, water or mountain activities, the shields are also removable for everyday use.

This model is available with an optical insert for prescription wearers.

An insert is glazed with your prescription and clips behind the sunglass. One of the main advantages of using this type of correction is having the ability to change the colour of the lens you are looking through as the prescription is housed within the insert. This enables the wearer to have different lens colours for different light conditions, i.e. yellow/racing red for low light and a lazer black for bright light (go to spare lenses in the left tool bar for lens options). Removable insert also great for contact lens wearers.

  The HI-Altitude™is engineered to protect from high illumination and transmits only 6% of light. Perfect for mountain activities, glacier and high altitude conditions, this special lens is tailored with triple layers anti-reflective back coating and proprietary front mirror coating. For its exceptional light transmission level, this lens is not suitable for driving. (CAT4).

Warranty and Returns

Rudy Project sunglasses come with a 24 month manufactures warranty. Within this period if you have a fault with your Rudy Project glasses that you consider to be covered by this warranty please forward the sunglasses to;

Pack your Rudy Project sunglasses in a secure cardboard box and ship using an insured and tracked postal service. Within the parcel please include,

It normal takes around 2 weeks for the manufacturers to return with a reply to whether or not your sunglasses are faulty under warranty. If the sunglasses are under warranty we will automatically advise Rudy Project to go ahead with the repair and forward the sunglasses back to you, if Rudy Project believes the repair does not fall under the warranty we will contact you.
