Making Sure Your Prescription is Right

When placing your order, you can send us your full prescription along with a photo or copy. We’ll carefully cross-check everything to make sure there are no errors before your lenses are made. If anything doesn’t look quite right, we’ll contact you so nothing goes into production unless we’re confident it’s correct.

PD Measurement Made Easy

If your PD (pupillary distance) isn’t included in your prescription, don’t worry. We can send you a free PD ruler for you to take a selfie, this ensures your lenses are positioned accurately for the best vision possible. To receive our PD measuring glasses simply leave the PD option as, Let Extreme Eyewear Measure it, and we will automatically post you our PD glasses with instructions to your delivery address on the same day you place an order.

No problem. We offer prepaid return boxes within the UK, so you can send us your own frames and we’ll fit your prescription lenses for you hassle free.
